What we collect

SatisfAI stores call audio, transcripts, scores, and the customer metadata you provide. We also collect standard web analytics (pageviews) on the marketing site.

How we use it

Customer data is processed only to deliver the service you contracted for: running calls, transcribing them, scoring them, and surfacing the results to authorized users.

Retention

Recordings and transcripts are retained per the contractual policy of each customer (default 13 months). Marketing data is retained for two years.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Subprocessors are listed in your account documentation and include the underlying transport and model providers used to deliver the service.
