Acceptance

By accessing SatisfAI, you agree to these terms. If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.

License

SatisfAI grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for the term of your subscription.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals you contact via the platform and for complying with applicable telecommunications and data-protection law.

Confidentiality

Each party will hold the other's confidential information in confidence and use it solely to perform under these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for 30 days. Upon termination, you may export data for 30 days.

Liability

Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for consequential damages.
